All products and services purchased through us are subject to these Terms and Conditions.
We do not offer in-person personal training or face-to-face coaching services.
We do not prescribe medical advice. All recommendations are provided for consulting and educational purposes only, based on your individual ability, preferences, and the most up-to-date scientific literature.
You must consult with your licensed medical practitioner before starting any fitness or nutrition program. We do not guarantee any particular outcome as a result of your participation.

Upon purchase of a program, ebook, or meal plan, you may download and print one copy for personal use only. Copying, distributing, or reselling any content is strictly prohibited. Breach of this license entitles us to terminate your access without refund.
You may not use our licensed materials on more than one device concurrently. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, rent, lease, lend, or make content available over a network where it could be accessed by multiple devices.

You agree to pay the purchase price for all Products and Services. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.
Commitment Periods: You agree to an initial minimum program period.
Refund Policy:
No refunds are offered once services have been delivered, except as required by U.S. consumer protection law.
A 90-day money-back guarantee applies only if you fully comply with your program requirements and show no measurable progress. Proof of compliance is required.
No refunds are provided for accidental purchases, unused program periods, or dissatisfaction outside of the above guarantee.
Chargebacks: You waive the right to initiate chargebacks with your bank or card provider except as required by law.
We are not licensed medical providers. Our coaching does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. Our programs are for educational and consulting purposes only.
By enrolling, you represent and warrant that you are medically and physically fit and unaware of any condition that may pose risks when engaging in fitness activity.
Participation in physical activity carries inherent risks, including personal injury, illness, or death. By using our Services, you:

Release and hold harmless Camelback Fit LLC and Alex Lueth Coaching from all liability for injuries, illnesses, or damages.
If you experience pain, dizziness, or unexpected reactions, you must seek medical attention immediately.

By using our Services, you consent to our collection and use of your information as outlined. You agree to receive communications including emails, SMS/texts, and app notifications. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time.

Our liability is capped at the total fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona, under the American Arbitration Association rules.
You waive the right to a jury trial and participation in class actions or representative proceedings.
By voluntarily submitting testimonials, photos, or videos, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them in marketing or promotions.
Progress photos uploaded inside the app will not be used for marketing unless separately submitted.
We may, at any time and without notice, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Website, Mobile Application, Products, or Services.

Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, outages).

Account – A client account registered via our Website or Mobile Application.
Brand – The distinctive appearance, goodwill, and reputation of Camelback Fit LLC and Alex Lueth Coaching.
Claim – Any demand, liability, cost, or action arising from these Terms.
Client – Any person who registers or purchases Products.
Products/Services – All fitness, nutrition, coaching, and related offerings provided by Camelback Fit LLC and Alex Lueth Coaching.
Privacy Policy – The policy displayed on our Website governing personal information use.
Subscription – A client’s registration for a Product or Program.
Intellectual Property – As defined in the Ownership section above.
Party – A party to these Terms, binding successors and assigns.
